Information and purposes

When you contact us, we receive the name, email address, company, area of interest, engagement preference and project description you choose to provide. We use this information to respond and discuss the requested work. Providing the required form fields is necessary to send an enquiry through the form; you may instead contact us by email. Please do not include credentials or confidential operational information in an initial enquiry. The website infrastructure also processes technical request information, including IP addresses, request time, URL, browser information and errors, to operate the site and investigate abuse. A short-lived IP-based rate limit helps protect the contact form. There is no newsletter subscription or product waitlist registration on this website. We rely on our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and maintaining a secure service. Where you request steps towards a contract with you, we also process the information necessary for those steps. Records needed to meet legal recordkeeping obligations may be retained on that basis.

Cookies and external resources

The website does not set cookies, use browser local/session storage, or load analytics and advertising trackers. Fonts, scripts and images are served from the same website. Ordinary browser caching of website files may occur. Links to external sites open services governed by their own privacy notices.

Service providers and access

The website and our self-hosted mailbox run on OVHcloud infrastructure in Poland that we administer. Contact submissions are handled by our own API and delivered to our contact mailbox; there is no third-party form platform. Authorized people may access correspondence to handle your enquiry. Email transmission and replies also involve the mail provider you choose to use. Information may be disclosed where legally required. We do not sell enquiry information or use it for advertising profiles.

Retention

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and longer where recordkeeping obligations or a specific dispute require it. Routine access logs generally remain for up to five weeks and error logs up to eleven weeks under the current rotation schedule. Information needed to investigate a particular security incident may be retained for that investigation. The contact form's rate-limit records expire after one minute and are not a visitor history.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact contact@codecraftersautomation.com. You may complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon), or the relevant supervisory authority where you live or work. The website does not use enquiry information for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
